Developed in TSMC's CL013G 130 nm process, the Cell consists of a Low-Power Voltage Reference and a Comparator with Hysteresis. The Voltage Reference can output a pre-selectable voltage between 1.2 V and 2.7 V. The Cell is designed to operate in the temperature range of -20 ºC to 100 ºC, with a maximum quiescent current consumption of 1 microAmpere, and a power supply range of 1.8 V to 3.3 V. Originally intended for a power-down detection circuit, it can be easily adapted to other applications. Both sub-blocks will be qualified and will soon be available for integration in your own application. If you are interested please contact us.
